Giant zits on my chin?

I know it's kind of nasty, but I get these like enormous pimples just on my chin. My skin is somewhat okay besides that. They're almost like sists or something. They come and go depending on like my stress level and period but does anybody know how to make them go away? Or make them smaller or something? Because they get really sore and hurt so bad.
