I need an easy to follow diet and exercise plan to help me lose some inches.?

I am 5'7 and currently 157 pounds. My future goal is to get to 130 pounds. I work out every now and then but I really want to start putting some discipline in in my life. I just want an easy diet plan that I can keep to and good home exercises to do at home. I want to lose inches in my stomach and thighs. I know this takes time but I would like to see results as soon as possible. The only thing I ask not to do, is make the diet plan repetitive. I don't like eating the same stuff everyday, I would like to mix it up. I understand this is a lot to ask so any answers given will be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!
