Today is June 24 and I took my first Accutane pill I was wondering if I will have horrible acne on August 13?

I am 14 and I have like 20 little zits/pimples on my forehead and like 2-5 under both eyes and on both temples. And not many on. nose and chin. Wil I still have initial breakout acne by then. I am asking because I am going on vacation then with my friend and his family and I don't want to feel disgusting.
