I want to gain at least 10 pounds what should i do?
okay ive been real skinny all through my life and i weigh 126 and a half pounds and im 16 years old and my height is like 5 7", I want to gain some more weight and i want to be a lot thicker please. Like my boobs bigger and my thighs and and legs. My legs look like chicken legs and my arms bigger. I just hate being skinny and a lot of other people are bigger than me. I mostly eat one or two meas a day and no I don't drink any water and stuff but I don't exercise either please what should i do? And i also want my butt bigger too. :)
