So when should I take a test?

Ok so I ovulated uhm the 8th this month then on the 14th I started spotting this brown stuff. At about the 4th day of that it got like a period for like 1 hour then it just spotted and stopped within 5 or 6 days mainly just brown spotting though I think it was implantation bleeding?? Because it was nothing like my period and it happened a week before it was due. And I have been having pregnancy syptoms for a couple weeks. Fatigue ,lost of apitite I feel sick tired moody and emotional . My back hurts along with my hips . I broke out with zits out of no where? Does all this sound like pregnancy and if so when should I test ?
