What are these bumps?

So I haven't eaten anything today. Usually I get small itchy bumps when some dogs lick me cause of allergies. I have 14 on my right thigh, 2 on my left knee, 3 on my wrist all sooo itchy. On my thigh there in a half circle then in other places. What is this I didn't eat anything I normally don't. I just sat on my bed.
