Why do I wake up feeling negative about guys? Anniversary feelings?

I am so proud of you and the journey you have undertaken. You have come such a long way and this gives us all hope for our own lives. I thank you for that. Yes, anniversary feelings; I find that time delivers us reminders of past hurts. Mine used to be in March. Maybe this negative feeling will serve as a reassessment time to reaffirm your transformation. You know, not all of us are designed for marriage or dating. I find I am a much better person being single. I still socialize and have great friends, but no more marriage for me. Marriage has only given me disappointment, long term relationships too. I love men, but find them unreliable and disappointing so I guess I am somewhat negative about guys too. Stick to your principles and be kind to yourself, some of us just don't fit the mold. This is just a temporary condition. You'll be sunny again before you know it.
