How can I get rid of zits in one day?

i don't have that many but i have a few and i have graduation tomorrow so is there anyway i can get rid of these zits like anything u do to get rid of zits (btw i already use proactive but it's not really working on me, and i have this doc. prescribed stuff but it doesn't work in one day so yea help please!!!!!)
