I have "bumps" on my nipples... Real gross. Any help?

So I'm 14 .. I'm a female. I have bumps , They kinda look like zits.. its soo gross an I can't stand it! Iv tried washing my chest every day... not working/: I'm to embarrassed to ask a doctor... Please help?!/:
