Zit ?!!!???!!!!!??!!!!!????!?

I have zits on my forehead and I can't fix it! I'm going out with my friends all day tomorrow, and my skin looks like crap! I've used proactive for the last few days, and NOTHING HAPPENED. I need a remedy BEFORE TOMORROW MORNING. please help and nothing sarcastic please!
