Weird little zits?! helppp!?

So I woke up today with 3 little zits/boils.. I thought they were just zits the ones were only water comes out.. well I scratched it & then it popped.. water came out.. I felt my face & I had two there also then when I scratch they just pop atomatically.. I just felt one on my neck too & I scracthed it.. these are all today.. does anyone know what this is?
