2 small bumps under skin?

I've had these 2 bumps maybe the size an pencil eraser right next to each other. They are underneath the skin but the skin is dark red on top of the bumps and I can't move them underneath the skin. They arn't zits because I've had them for like 3 months now. I've tried to poke them with a needle to see if I could drain them but all that came out was blood. What are they?
