HELP NEEDED! I need to know great ways to loose weight! :DD?

It is the summer and for school next year and for my boyfriend I would like to look/be more toned out everywhere. I'm 17 about 18 and weight 160 and my height is 5'3 1/2. It is mostly all in my butt and tatas but I would like my buns and thighs and stomach to look amazing. I do have access to my pool out back... so any pool exercise would be awesome! Also I don't have it bad at all but I would like to know some ways to freshen up my skin because I have mild acne problems. I heard the sun does somethings but I'm not sure. It has cleared up a lot since the summer has started. But anything helps. Also I want to know the hair color and hair cut that I should get for returning to school.
