Help!!! Skin problem!!!?

Ok so normally my skin is a little bit oily but I take care of it I wash my face and use oil control makeup from covergirl. and for about a year now my zigs have been under control with a few little breakouts here and there. However all of a sudden my skin is rough and I have like zit rash things and more zits than ever. It sounds bad but it's not that bad it's just more than I'm used to. give suggestions please. what I should do? thanks!!! Sorry for the long question!
