How do i get rid of this used to be zit?

I broke out and had 5 zits, now they're all pretty much gone but red! When they were still zits though, one came to a white head so i poked it with a needle so i wouldnt break the skin too bad, and i just got the stuff out that needed to come out, well i woke up the next morning and the skin healed over but there's blood under the surface..so it looks like a there's just a little dot of blood on my forehead. is there anything that can make that go away??
