HOW TO GET RID OF ZITS ON YOUR CHEST?

I had a facial a few days ago and i broke out mainly on my chest. Ive only had an occasional i zit on my chest from time to time. HELP ME PLEASE?! i hate them! they stand out really bad. how do i get rid of them?
