How to get rid of zits over night?

I have a lotta blackheads and pimples and zits all over my forehead and chin, there not too noticeable. I can easily cover them with make up, but I really want to get rid of them. Does anyone know how to get rid of them over night or the fastest and easyest way too?? Thankssss(:
