Insecure about hairy legs/thigh/butt?

ok so i just turned 19 and noticing the horrible end stage of puberty. my legs , thigh, butt, and chest are pretty hairy especially my legs... i try to trim it but it usually never looks the way i want it to still looks like i have a TON of hair. anywhere i go im very insecure about it i only wear pants because of it i really hate the fact that im so hairy jealous of the other dudes who are pratically hairless. and this really hurts my confidence i cant even commit to saying i like this girl because of it i feel like its really holding me back in a way. i would shave it all but it will just grow back sooner. if u guys could give me any help or tips i would really appreciate it. thank you.
