Strech marks 13 im desperate!!!?

im13 and i have strech marks on my innner thighs and around my hips/stomach area. i dont wanna tell anyone. is there anything around my house that i could u use to get rid/reduce the appearence of them? i barley swim and when i do i pasically wear shorts and a top in the water. please help im desperate!
