Weird zits after shaving?

Okay so I've noticed that almost every time after I shave I get these weird bumps under my chin. They look like zits but I know they aren't and they go away on their own after a few days. So I'm wondering what they are and how I can prevent them from happening. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
