What can i do to get rid of my acne?

I use creams and everything. Have done it on and off for years. Never helps. Neutrogena, Clean & Clear, what ever. Got a wedding to go to in a week and really kinda just want to look good for it. Rather not look like all sorts of ****** up in my tux. Its not insanely bad, just forehead constantly has roughly 5+ zits. 20 years old. Any suggestions. Even if just as a be good for one day thing would be fine.
