what is the best foundation for a teenager... to hide scares and zits ,under eye circles,and stuff like that i really need one im going to my family that never seen me in person this summer that live in france so i just want to look nice for the first time they seen me! but a foundation that is not expensive tell me how much $money it cost and wear to buy it ! thank you
