What size jeans should a 14 year old wear?

I'm 14 and wear a size 4/5 depending on the type of jeans. Also, I am 5'3 and weigh 120 with sorta thick thighs. Somerimes 6 bit not often. Is this a good size? What is a good size for a girl my age to not be considered fat? Please and thank you :)
